Called to schedule an appointment on Sunday. We had an appointment between 3 and 5, No one showed up with no calls. I called twice to check on arrival time- were told they would call and check with dispatcher and they would call us back. Never rec’d any calls, texts or emails until the next working to say that the entire day was full. The entire process was handled by AI assistant which did not AT ALL! Massive Fail!

I have problem with my mini split unit. Its head cooling coils was leaking. Have to wait for the part to fix it. The technician, Lee Miller, arrived on time. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and friend. Long time customer of Red Star Cooling and Heating!!

They were able to come out of July 4, diagnose my issue, and repair it. I didn’t feel like I was being gouged with it being a holiday and all. I appreciate them. *Update: I called on Red Star again today due to the great service this past July. They were even better today, Jose specifically. Robert was the technician that came the last couple of times. He was on time courteous very knowledgeable, he diagnosed my problem and solved it. I am very happy with Red Star and there employees.
