RecommendedI have lived at Kingswood since July 2019 and I have never been treated so well. The neighborhood is well maintained and kept very clean. The maintenance man Rob is so great at his job and so friendly. I would recommend this community to anyone look for a nice quite place to live.
This is one of the worst places I have ever lived.
I have lived here going on 3 years. You can’t beat 2 large bedrooms, 1 plus 1/2 bath, kitchen, dining area, front room, patio, full basement, pool, party house for a great price. If you have an issue contact office and they will get it fixed.
My husband and I have been living here since April and we have enjoyed living here. The space is amazing for the price and I love the unfinished basement. Some of the features and looks of the place are a bit dated but I think that adds to the charm. I have had no issues getting the staff to help with something if it is needed. I adore the semi-enclosed patio and the sliding glass doors. My only concern is the occasional faint smell of cigarette smoke that penetrates the walls here. There isnt enough room to describe the awful experiences I've had In the short 8 months I lived here. Low end with rent for the area, but the condition of apartments and unprofessionalism of the staff are just mind blowing. Couldn't get out fast enough!

I loved living here! Bedrooms were nice size and large closets. My basement did have a little leaking but hey it’s an older property I can understand. I wish the upgraded unit were a little bit modern. And the leasing staff was always helpful! But you definitely get a lot space for price. A hidden gem in grove city!
I lived here for 3 years. The staff was always wonderful and really cares about the people living in the community. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a new apartment.
Worst place to live they don't fix nothing and blame u and if you don't move ur car every day she will try an have it towed even if its in the visitor parking don't live here unless u want stress
