I am very disappointed with Towne & Country Management, since under new management. The organization seems poorly run, with little regard for its community or members. The staff are often rude and unprofessional, and it feels like member concerns are ignored. I hope the board of directors reviews the current management practices, as significant improvements are needed to make this a welcoming and well-managed organization again. I have lived here for over 30 years and am considering leaving.

Awful association,
Wetlands, terrible association that doesn’t take care of the complex. The grass is always wet because the water doesn’t drain. Full of mosquitoes and frogs beware.
