Awful association,
Wetlands, terrible association that doesn’t take care of the complex. The grass is always wet because the water doesn’t drain. Full of mosquitoes and frogs beware.
I own a condo in this neighborhood I bought it couple of years ago and I can say only negatives about this community. Management is run by couple of people not by majority if you try tell them your opinion or object to them they mock you in the face, if you ask something to be fixed you have to wait for years, community workers treat you like you work for them not they to you, even outside cleaners try to command you what to do, they open the pool for only two month, even the HOA uncomfortable high to other communities they ... read more
