This place lives up to the stereotype of mechanics who take advantage of women and charge them for unnecessary services. I took my vehicle here for a complete inspection prior to my warranty expiring to get an independent third- party review. Not only do they charge twice the price for a basic service inspection ($120 vs. $60 at the dealership), they told me my rotors were warped and needed to be replaced. We were in from out of town visiting and there was something wrong with my friends car. They got us in right away and were so honest and transparent with what was wrong with the car. I’m so grateful they had us on the road safely! Great customer service! Would highly recommend!
Very happy with this garage, brought my truck to another garage to fix my ac, which I thought was related to an mpi claim as they had done the mpi repair. They quoted 200 dollars more than Kingswood for the same repair, and when I brought my truck to Kingswood they determined that the ac repair quoted was unneccessary and were able to get it working in a simpler and cheaper manner. Will be bringing my truck back for any other repairs it needs.
