Good place to live and about a five minute drive at most to the USA campus.. I had class at 8 and am able to leave the apartment at 8:53 and still make it in good time. The manager is a bit picky but better safe and keep all the thugs out then sorry like "the Grove" with all the robberies.

Ive been complaining about the parking situation. Have had numberous conflicts with very rude and inconsiderate neighbors. Ive been told by other residents that nothing has been done in a long time and Im without hope that anything ever will. It has had some histories of break-ins and a couple of rapes. Ive asked for consideration for my family, but to no avail
