Overall I had a positive experience living at Kingswood. Coming from DC, I absolutely felt safe living in these apartments, which was a big win for me. They are well priced for what you get and just an easy place to live. I had some pipe issues, including ants coming from the toilet (I lived on the bottom floor) and a busted pipe behind my kitchen sink which made it fairly hard to use the kitchen for a few weeks, but overall, compared to other places I have lived, this was great. Kingswood is the best when it come to repairs being fixed. I asked and they fixed it with a smile on there face. The associates in the main office is such a pleasure to speak with. The have the answers to all my questions. I give kingswoods a 10 stars
