I’ve been living here for over a month now and have had a fantastic experience so far. I love the proximity to campus (~3 stops away from the health sciences buildings) and that there’s a bus stop right out front! I also really like my apartment- there is ample space and light, and additions like the breakfast bar and newer kitchen make it a great place to live. Be aware. Not sure what’s the issue with the pipes in this complex but one seems to burst every other month, causing a water shutoff of the whole property for hours if not the whole day. Extremely inconvenient because much of it is very short notice. It’s egregious how often this happens and doesn’t look like much is done to fix it. It’s basically the norm for the past year
