Best location in town! Friendly staff that goes above and beyond. Isvela the property manager always there to answer all questions and stop by to say hello. Amy help me with my application process. Daylin and Remberto fixed any issues within an hour. If youre looking for an afforable place go see Isvela or Amy.
The complex is very nice and safe, and whenever there is a problem the maintenance workers come and fix them very quickly. Daylin in particular is very kind and helpful.
I'm very happy to live in Kingswood Apartments the staff and management are awesome just wanna say thank you to everybody for making my stay here a great experience so I just wanna give a big shout out to isvela, Daylin, Ian, Remy, Mike, Amy
We have been here for 6 months. Its a very nice place especially if you have a vehicle as there is more than ample parking. Management and staff at the office are very nice and willing to help with anything you need. If you have any problems in your Apartment service request are often answered within a few hours. I have enjoyed living here and would recommend these apartments to anyone who wants to live close to Chapel Hill, but away from all the hustle and bustle of Franklin street.
