Affordable apartments, great for students
Apartment I just signed the lease for is from 2018. They refused to replace carpets, repaint, fix holes in the flooring, hole in freezer, multiple holes on counters. Had to pay 3 months rent to leave the lease that hasn’t even started yet (02/01/25). Maintenance even took photos of all the damage during the check today. They never bothered to let me know the damages until after I signed the lease. Absolutely got scammed but multiple liars.
The apartment is so nice and I even have my own room and pool
