I have lived here for the last 2 years and loved it very much. I especially recommend it to incoming UNC students, as it offers perks and benefits. The staff are amazing, maintenance is always reliable and fast, and the rent is very competitive, 10/10 recommendation.
I have only toured the model but that was enough for me to say no. Internet not included, but price of a 2x1 is decent. However I was so disgusted to find dead GERMAN (this is key) roaches. German roaches are the type that are as a result of an infestation. This was just in the model. I can only begin to imagine what it’s like in the normal apartments. My time at Kingswood has been nothing short of amazing. Isvela and Amy always did an amazing job of making me feel welcome and helping me with any issues I had throughout my lease term. The maintenance team was always very quick to make repairs or come to my apartment at any given request. Overall, my experience at Kingswood was amazing and this place is quite affordable for the quality!
We loved it. Very close to the bus stop and one stop out from the university. Lived here for two years with no problems. Any maintenance issues we had they resolved them very quickly. Since I was renting the apartment for my daughter, needless to say, I was very picky. Very close to the walking trail, My daughter loved it! Very quiet place to live.
Great place to stay, Isvela is the best!
