I just had a phone call following up on a referral.. ..made in 2023 😕
Doctor and nurses were fantastic!! The front desk lady had an absolutely horrendous attitude. She was very rude to the patient before me and definitely tried to test my patience. I will not be getting my other two wisdom teeth out here. Just a tip: patience and kindness will get you a lot further in life!!
I got my wisdom teeth removed here by Dr. Fay in July 2022, and it was an amazing experience. I was beyond nervous as anything to do with dentists cause anxiety but everyone was so kind and wonderful! I was put under general anesthetics and had 3 impacted, and was completely finished within 20 minutes! No need to go back lol but would definitely recommend it!
Best nurses ever! Wonderful medical assistants. Doctors are very gentle and the receptionists are top notch! Thank u all for ur patients.
I got a not so nice wisdom tooth pulled while under general anesthesia. I didn’t care for how the front desk area and receptionists seemed to be all over the place. Expect to be wait at least 2-4 hours. My appointment started off at 1:45 pm, they phoned and said they had a cancellation and moved me up to 10:45am. They told me to come in a bit early to do paper work so I did. I didn’t get my surgery literally until 1:30pm. That really did not make sense to me. But the surgery went really well.
