Been going here for several years and have always had a great experience. Dr. Poulos is incredible, and Samantha and Stephanie are extremely friendly and approachable. Katie somehow manages to light a small fire under your skin and still have you looking forward to the next appointment. Great team all around. Organized, on-time, friendly.
I had a poor experience with Dr. Marnie Fisher after my previous doctor left. I went for a mole check. She made me feel like I was wasting her time after waiting for months for an appointment and sending yet another referral. I have been a patient for years so I don’t why this was necessary. She was making less money because my appointment was less than a year before. Not my problem because the person who made the appointment should have known this. She said they don’t do checkups. Dr. Ruppel is a very kind, caring, and efficient pro! I was also once in a pinch and needed to bring my small dog with me to my checkup, and the clinic helped me out. I very much appreciate the accommodation.
