My son is getting married end of June. I was searching for a treatment for my face to remove dark spots caused by sun damage. I went to a few places, had consultations. Kingsway Dermatologist was my 3 rd place with having a consultation. I purchased a 3 pack of laser. I went for my first treatment, I did not see much of a skin improvement. My initial work at Kingsway Dermatology was the removal of a number of age spots. The post laser care I received with Katie improved the texture and quality of my facial dermis, including the disappearance of fine wrinkles. I was pleasantly surprised and am grateful. The only word I can use to describe this operation is MESSY. I did a phone consult for PRP hair therapy over the phone and the consultant called me 20 minutes late and did not apologize. I was told they did not need to see or examine my scalp before treatment, I could just book. I was told a doctor would be performing the treatment and I was given a different cadence of treatment by the two people I spoke with over the phone and the two people I ended up seeing in person later. I had a bunch of stuff burned off my face And back and had a laser treatment on my back 15 months ago, A bunch of it has come back so when I called them to make an appointment to go in and see what can be done they told me I had to pay another $200 consultation fee??!!!! So I have to pay more money for something they already saw me about on top of the over a Thousand I already spent?? And I’m sure they’re just gonna charge me to re-burn these off again So more$$$. Disappointing
