I've been a client of Kingsway Dermatology for years and recently begun doing laser treatments with Katie. The results are amazing. I've pretty much stopped wearing foundation. Katie is kind, patient, knowledgable, and immediately makes you feel comfortable. She is never pushy with her recommendations. I couldn't be more delighted I took the plunge and got this treatment.
Terrible experience today Saturday March 7th @10:30 am. The rudest receptionist; think her name is Lauren...couldn't answer a simple question regarding laser machine for veins. I was put on hold for over 15 minutes, she comes back and says, I have to put you on hold again then hangs up. Where on earth did you find this receptionist!
Such an amazing experience at Kingsway Dermatology! I completed a ProFractional laser treatment with Katie, and she was absolutely incredible. She is kind, knowledgeable, and attentive, and she truly takes the time to answer all of your questions while putting herself in the client’s shoes. Katie made my treatment go so smoothly and helped me feel so comfortable and at ease. I’m always a bit anxious going into treatments because of the pain and discomfort I usually experience in the days afterward, but she was absolutely wonderful. She made me feel like I could trust her and feel confident that I’m in good hands throughout my melasma treatment journey. This clinic may be fine if you’re looking for lip filler or overpriced Botox, but not if you need proper medical dermatology. I went in with a spot on my face that later turned out to be cancerous, and it was overlooked at the time. Instead, I was steered toward the cosmetic side of the practice and encouraged to pursue expensive cosmetic laser treatments.
