These guys used to be great but are NOT any more. They over charge and demand payment immediately but won't refund your money on over payments. It's been over 90 days and I'm STILL WAITING. I gave up contacting them. All I got was excuses and talk. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and they never even responded. How's that for a great dental practice that loves their patients?

Was the Dental Care provider able to take and develop x-rays in their office? Yes Will this Dental Care provider try to get you an appointment ASAP if you have an emergency? Absolutely Is this business handicap-accessible? Yes Does this provider treat their staff well? Extremely well Was the temperature in the office acceptable to you? Ok

Not really Did you experience excessive oral pain after you left your appointment? Definitely Did the environment feel well thought out with a holistic approach in mind? I believe they tried to provide a holistic experience but they missed it in several areas.

Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Not really, it could be better Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Yes Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Not really, I was hoping for someone with more experience Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? No, I never saw one

Did this dentist thoroughly examine your teeth? They examined them, but not very thoroughly Did your mouth feel clean after your appointment? Not really, it wasn't as clean as I hoped it would be Did this dentist allow you to regularly rinse your mouth during your procedure? Once or twice, but not enough Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Yes Were you able to watch TV during your dental procedure? No, I was very disappointed Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Did this dentist explain your dental procedure to you? Yes. They made sure I understood every single detail
