This business is incredibly unprofessional. TAKE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE. After almost a year of loyalty to this mechanic - they withheld my husband's vehicle for 2/3 weeks! He tried calling to pick it up on multiple occasions, told them he was coming to get it and they decided to close early and not say anything about it. He went and picked up his vehicle while they were closed- they kept his key and NEVER CALLED. They also charged him an extra $40 for no reason when he went to pick up his key. My engine light came on, I came in to Kingsway to get it checked out. They were quick and helpful, brought out a diagnostics machine and had details on it in a few minutes. They said the emissions issue that came up wasn't going to affect driving or safety, and might have been something as simple as the gas cap being loose, so they cleared the issue, told me to come back if the light came back on, and sent me on my way.
