I bought a washer, it was 2 days later that they delivered it. They took my old one out &
Purchased a refrigerator from these people got it to My business and immediately it did not work tried to give it some time to see if maybe the temperature would adjust, but it did not had to replace the refrigerator. This refrigerator still did not work and they tried to charge me money to repair it. And told me that I would get an additional 30 days so if it went out in 30 days when it was already broken that I would have fix it or get another one. This is really sad. This is supposed to be a Christian company. 🤦♀️
We've worked with Kingsway Appliances for a few years now. Kingsway has always been responsive and delivered appliances on time. Their communication is excellent and their pricing is very good. NOTE: We are a professional property management company. We've been in the Real Estate business for over 25 years and have worked with many contractors over that time. We highly recommend Kingsway Appliances.
I have brought all my appliances from them for last 5 years. Never have had an issue with them. Friendly and knowlegable lady I always talk too.
