First time at this salon and had a pedi/mani today with Jessica. She did a great job and went above and beyond to make my experience memorable. She gave a lovely massage and took her time which speaks volumes. I will definitely be back!
I booked basic $20 manicures for myself and my mother. When we arrived, we confirmed that we were there for the basic manicure and were asked to choose our colours. We don’t go to nail salons often and didn’t realize that the polish being used was shellac—which we had not asked for or been told would cost extra. Went for a mani/pedi with my 10 year old niece. I had recieved a gift certificate from here, for a "Spa Mani/Pedi". I still ended up walking out paying over $120. The whole environment felt rushed, and like we were an inconvenience. Worst first experience for my niece. So disappointed
I had an appointment and showed up early, but I ended up waiting way too long before anyone even took me in. For a place that’s supposed to run on appointments, that’s just unacceptable. From the moment I walked in, the staff acted like they were above basic human decency — staring, whispering, and giving off a judgmental vibe that made me feel completely unwelcome.
