There's only 1 nail tech i go to, Lee. But she wasn't available the time I needed an appointment, I was really rethinking to reschedule but I was already there. The nail tech who took the appointment, was not polite, hurt me a few times with her knipper, and filed my foot and telling her its hurting me and didn't finish my polish. There was another nail tech who told me I'm done I can go like she's telling a kid to go out the room. I don't understand. Very nice staff. They did a good job with my nails.
I cannot say enough amazing things about this location! Anna is my regular nail tech and she is beyond perfection! When I ask her to “make them sparkle” she never disappoints! I have never had an issue just trusting her to work her magic. All of the women here are truly exceptional. They’re incredibly professional and very knowledgeable! Anyone looking for the best of customer service.. this is the place for you!
Unfortunately, I’m extremely disappointed with the manicure, pedicure, and Shellac service I received yesterday. The quality of the work was very poor and not what I would expect from a nail salon. As you can see in the photos, the Shellac application is uneven and messy around the cuticles and edges, and the finish does not look clean or professionally done. I thought I would try a new place, but this was probably the worst pedicure experience I have ever had. The water was so cold and barely covering my feet, they rushed the entire appointment, barely got a massage, the lady spent almost the whole time painting my nails and restarting multiple times. She burned me multiple times and just kept on going. When my nails were finished they were not even, and nail polish was left on my skin.
