I have absolutely loved this practice, until recently. When our family had a complaint/concern, the office manager’s response was “well maybe we are no longer a good fit” for your family. And “we would be happy to get her (my daughter’s) record together to send whenever you would like”. I asked to speak with the doctor and I never received a phone call back. Incredibly disappointed. I very much like the providers, but the office manager has been incredibly rude on more than one occasion when questioned in any way.
Absolutely love everything about Kingstown Pediatrics! They really take time with you and make sure they answer every question you might have. Both of my boys love them. When my oldest had to be in the hospital, they even called to check up on him. Cannot say enough great things about them.
Love love love all the staff here. Colleen powers is amazing! And helped me so much with after hours calls once my son was born. I won't go anywhere else! �
