Great experience with my service advisor Rishi and the General manager. Not so great service from the service manager Christie or service advisor Jay, these two need to do better.
Within days of purchasing my vehicle, I had a wiring issue and an infotainment screen problem. The dealership was initially very hesitant to take responsibility, and I had to waste my time and money dealing with these issues. Eventually, they found the screen was faulty and replaced it. However, with the wiring/rodent damage, they completely blamed me, despite the issue being discovered only days after purchase. While it can be frustrating when your car needs service, they have always done their best to accommodate me and have been upfront and truthful about the repairs and costs. Repairs are done within the promised timeframe and they work hard to find solutions that work for you.
