Great experience buying our ID Buzz from Safi and his team here! Really good service.
Honestly a really good experience with Kingston VW. Safi was great, didn't felt pressured.., he let me take my time and decide if the ID.4 was right for me. Jay in finance broke everything down clearly, especially the warranties, coverage, etc...which I appreciated. The whole process felt smooth from start to finish.
My experience goes back a few years. Shortly after the purchase of my Tiguan I reported water entering under the drivers side door. No compensation/ repair offered by the dealer. Today the sill is rusting out. Again shortly after purchase I reported turbo failure upon rapid acceleration. Dealer found no issues.Problem continued and eventually the turbo failed.
