We were interested in a trade in/upgrade. Called and spoke to Jim K and Matt D. They went above and beyond for us. And although we had some other hiccups along the way, they were patient and had everything ready for pick up day! They made our long drive up well worth it! Excellent experience! Happy with our new vehicle!
Excellent service all around. Elvis was a patient and courteous service advisor and Curt was likewise quite helpful and even more generous! The work didn't take very long at all (front plate bracket install and tire swap). The part I needed arrived quite quickly (practically next day), and the service over the phone was quite warm as well. Great dealership for parts and service!

After a harrowing experience involving the death of my previous car late in the week - Kingston Toyota came to my rescue in the form of a new car. Great experience getting my new 2025 RAV4 XLE Premium Hybrid!! I ended up travelling from NL to get this vehicle as Toyota Kingston was the only bunch willing to do whatever they could to get me this vehicle. Once I arrived Jason picked us up at the train station and then brought us to the dealership where everything went smoothly to get my vehicle.
