Dr. Shew is wonderful, even coming by after hours to check on our sick furbaby who needed overnight care. I feel he truly cares for his patients and took time to call us personally with updates. Highly recommend Kingston Springs Animal Hospital!
I have bought my dachshund Rascal here for years now, and we couldn't ask for anyone better to take care of him. If anyone ask me where to take their loving pet, Kingston Springs Animal Hosp is where I prefer. Thank you all.
They are the best. The staff has always shown kindness and sympathy to us in sad times. We will be introducing our new Mollie to them in Dec. To Dr Chue & staff, we wish all a Happy Year. Jim&Jean Taylor.
This place has always been amazing to me but Saturday Dr. Shew and is team went above and beyond. They stayed over to take X-rays of our sweet Happy. Dr. Shew was so compassionate walking me through what he saw in the X-ray. They truly went above and beyond for a walk-in customer at 30 minutes prior to closing.
My family has been with KSAH since I was a little kid, and they have always been 100% amazing with our furbabies.
My husband and I view this hospital and staff as part of our extended family. They have helped us care for 2 dogs 5 cats and 2 bunnies. Everything from check ups to, ear infections, to major surgery! They are there to answer any questions and always follow up with us to see how each pet is doing after a visit. In an emergency they are always able to get us in right away. They know pets can be expensive and try to help us do what's right for our animals and keep within a budget if needed. Luckily we live right here in Kingsto... read more
