I needed the septic tank pumped out. Called around 8 A.M. in the morning. I was told somebody would be there between 9 and 10 A.M. At 9:05 a truck was in my driveway. By 9:40 everything was taken care of. Payment is check or credit card due at the time of service. The price was $50 less than what I thought it would be. The guys that showed up were friendly and courteous. No complaints at all. From the call in to the job getting done, very polite and professional staff.
We called yesterday on Saturday 9/27 needing a septic tank pumped out. The lady we spoke to said they would bring someone out today 9/28 between 10am-12pm. Well that window passed so we called them back and the same lady said they don’t do any of the work on the weekends. They essentially were a no call, no show. Horrible way to run a business in my opinion.
Hunter Kingston and his guys did a fantastic job on cleaning septic there price was reasonable. If you need your septic pumped or jetted Kingston is the place to call. Thank you again !!!!
