We had a great experience at Honda Kingston. The staff were professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout the process. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. Daniel explained everything clearly, with no pressure, and made sure we understood all the features of our new vehicle.
We recently purchased a Honda Civic Hatchback hybrid. Daniel was a great salesperson. He was professional and knowledgeable about the cars and kept us updated on the arrival of our new vehicle. He accommodated our tough work schedules by even coming in on his day off to sign papers. We were very happy with the service of our salesman, Dan Lopes. Unfortunately, although towing our boat was a #1 priority and the reason we had to buy the vehicle we did, when we went to have a trailer hitch installed, it could not be done because of rusted bolts. My husband took the car back to Honda and arrangements were made to make the necessary repairs to the vehicle, but there will be a 10 day delay while waiting for the parts. And then we have to book an appt to have the work done and then an appt to have the trailer ... read more
