I called to reserve a golf cart for our upcoming trip and the lady on the phone was so nice and accommodating!
I think they installed one of the bicycle pedals incorrectly so it got stripped and fell off about a mile away from the shop. The attendant (reluctantly) drove out a new bike to us, though!
This place is a scam.
RENTERS BEWARE!!! Save yourself the grief of renting from this company. Not only did the golf cart have mechanical issues, but the owner refused to resolve the issues.
