The nurses and staff of floor 5 amazing wonderful so relatable.. I can thank the obgyn staff and them enough for helping understanding.. eyen the nurse on floor 5 never leave you are the most kind hearted human Ty .. I could say so many names but ty ty
Went into emerge around 6pm with severe to mild chest pain and numbness in my left arm expecting a decent wait time due to the severity of my symptoms but no 8 Full hours of basically nothing just some simple blood work done. Even after I pleaded my case about the pain and the discomfort you felt like less than a number to them! 1 out of 5 Stars

Not my greatest experience. Bring something to read as staff are often not in a good mood. Holiday times is not a good enough excuse for me. Take Care. ALSO SECURITY GUARDS ARE VERY ROUGH ON PATIENTS THAT STAFF DEEM UNCOOPERATIVE. THEY USE EXESSiVE FORCE (e.g. PIN YOU DOWN TO THE FLOOR). Not sure where they got their training but KGH is not a great place for quality care.
My sister was dropped off on Tuesday at 11 AM. Was not taking into surgery until 7 PM or later. Supposedly they ordered breakfast for her was never delivered. My husband picked her up at 12 in the afternoon she was starving !!! I just don’t get how she’s in the hospital for 12 hours without anything to eat!!! No pain meds before she left either!! Sounds a little crazy to me hopefully never again for have to go there for surgery again. Come to find out my niece told me that a nurse was nasty to my sister!!! Who the hell do th... read more
