I have bought two bikes from them in the past 6 years, and two from other shops. KC fit me correctly and put me in the exact bikes I was looking for , even ordered one special and gave me a left over price both times(road and mountain). The other shops sold what they had in stock and I ended up reselling them within a year because they were the wrong size or the wrong type of bike.
Terrible customer service. And poor mechanical decisions. DO NOT BRING A BIKE TO GET FIXED.

I have been here a few times for repairs and to buy accessories. Always had good service.
Walked in with a rough idea of what I wanted and was out within an hour with a bike that fits me perfectly and rides like a dream.
