RecommendedGreat customer service!
Had to get a few things this past week and with them being “closed” I was still able to order online what I needed and pick it up with in a few hours after ordering it. Ordered it before they were even open but as soon as they opened up I got a call no more than 45 min after saying my order was ready for pick up. Had what I needed and was able to get my bike back up and going. Very pleased with them still being able to make their customers a priority during this time.
They have a full stock of high quality bicycles at a reasonable price. The staff is very professional and they have the best service department in Kingston!

A few weekends back, our 6 year old granddaughter phoned us with a situation. Her bike tires were flat! We went straight to your shop. You replaced her tire tubes and her purple handlebar grips within 5 minutes! So friendly, professional and cheapest rates in town (and internet). Will continue to shop here as we have 4 grandkids!
Felt kinda like they were pushing me into a sale at first when I said I was window shopping, then another customer came in and they completely changed their attitude and left us hanging half way through a conversation and said “were done here”.
They fail to repair bikes properly. It takes 2-3 tries to repair bikes if at all. Then they expect you to pay for repairs on a 2month old bike thats had issues since day 1
Awesome customer service and very quick turn around. Thank you Kingston cyclery! We will be back next time we are in town!
