Trying to find a apartment and the phone message say one thing and the lady at the desk says something totally different 🤔
The team doesn’t seem to care about your time or requests. They only care about theirs. Tried setting up several appointments for a video tour. First time I was late by 5 minutes and agent wouldn’t come back and had to reschedule 2 weeks later. Of course the day comes and they’re late over 10 minutes and it’s completely fine. They want you to wait on them. Definitely see why this place has 2.9 stars now.
I wouldn't live here we lost our jobs due to the pandemic so to help pay our rent we got help from kera the complex kicked us out when our lease ended because we had to get help and when I called to ask why they where not willing to work with us they said it's because I had to get a 30 day notice and to quit in order to get kera to help me management has no consideration for struggling families and the fact that they still ended up getting paid and then some I have 2 babies and now I'm trying to find a new place due to the s... read more
