This place is a JOKE!!!! Had a leak in my ceiling for MONTHS until it was actually fixed and now with this HOT heat I have no power and nobody is doing nothing about it on top of that the pool is closed! I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worse enemy
They are not up to date! Molding smelling!! Can’t swim pool wasn’t up to par last summer! They have a tennis court but they don’t have a Net..well not one I’ve seen in over 4 years! You can rent in MAUMEE a beautiful apartment same price with place to do sports let ur kids play on a safe playground! Just saying!
I thought this was a nice place to live. Been here for a year as of August 30. The floors are broken under the carpet through the hallway and into both bedrooms. I was promised when I moved in, that they would repair the floors and give me new carpet which is stained terribly bad. Well it's August 8th a whole year later and nothing has been fixed. It's disgusting how I hurt my feet everyday. And they've raised the rent. I'm in 3163 Apt. 3A and will not be renewing my lease. Very disappointed to say the least..Don't bother, t... read more
