I have been a member of Kingston Athletics since they opened. It's an amazing gym with awesome coaches. I am in better shape and my overall fitness is the best it's ever been. The community aspect is like no other gym I've ever been to, you really feel like you're part of a family here. I highly recommend anyone looking to increase their fitness and have fun while they're doing it to come check out Kingston Athletics!
What an amazing group of people that are easily considered family that believe in you more then you believe in you and probably know what you are capable of doing better then you know what you are capable of doing. The feeling that you have after a WOD is an unexplainable experience that will make you want to go back over and over again. I have never been in as good of shape and and strong as I am after walking in thru the doors of Kingston Athletics.
It is so much fun and everyone is really nice!
Well my review somehow got lost in the shuffle. So five years strong! Moved with them 3 times, each time to a larger facility. Never in a million years did I think I could do it. Here I am in the best shape of my life. Thank you Crossfit and Kingston Athletics! I even made member of the month�
