I recently contacted Acura Kingston to book a service appointment for my RDX. I explained to the service advisor that my vehicle had been previously serviced at West City Honda in Belleville, as it’s the closest dealership to me. I entered Honda for info and left with a gorgeous Acura ADX that has a finance rate 2% less than Honda. I received a fair trade in for my Honda Accord. My salesperson Dan went above and beyond to explain the car to me and answer all my questions. Very happy with the Acura sales staff and their GM Jason Willis. Honda/Acura are great products.

I was asked to schedule a service appt for 2 recalls. During the appt my glove box was damaged. Acura has decided that it is my problem and there is nothing they can do. If not satisfied I should contact Acura relations. I did and heard nothing back. Acura’s customer service and Acura Kingston customer service did not contact me back until I had sent a number of messages. When called no one answered or call me back.
