Called reception several times, nobody ever answers. I have a service appointment and just found out they don’t have a shuttle service. My wife drives a bloody Hyundai and even they have shuttles. This is supposed to be a “luxury” car brand lol
Had a 9:30 appt for service. They never started to look at the car until noon. Recommended a few services which I declined, mainly because of time..got out of there at 3:30 for a break check, battery test, and to look at a speaker and camera. The speaker didn't work but said nothing was wrong with it. Literally no sound coming out of it. I wasn't aware they do not have their own service. It is done next door at Honda. First and last time for bringing my Acura here.
Update! Returned to Kingston Acura 5 years later and ended up purchasing a used RDX. Gianne was great to deal with, no pressure and he was able to answer all my questions and concerns about the RDX. Gianne worked with Aaron and got us a good deal on our trade in. Looking forward to picking up the RDX next week.
