This place has ran down bad!!! Some tenants now have mice and they can’t ever keep a manager! Previous manangers were stealing tenant money orders. False eviction notices and they cut water off on tenants all day due to the owners owing a water bill I hear. Don’t move here and I pray someone will see this and find a nice place for all tenants to move into before they condemn this place! Many people work hard and have families so unfair!

Absolutely the WORSE place to live! They haven’t had a manager here in MONTHS. They do not fix ANYTHING. My air has been out for a month now and they figured bringing a fan will fix the problem. They lost MONTHS worth of EVERYONES money orders for rent and threatened to evict everyone if they didn’t repay 4 months of rent. A man was dead in his apartment here for about a month and NOONE noticed because there’s no manager here. Took HOURS for someone to get here to unlock the door for the police.
