Horrible experience. So many horror stories. False advertising. Unsecure building. Once I came home and two people were passed out in an car in my parking lot. Had to pound on the windows to wake them. Turns out they didn’t live there and the garage was just left open. Chris Dunham has entered properties with zero notice— this happened to us two times. Had lease all set up for a 1 bedroom was told 750 a month called couple days before move in and said rent was now 855 but website showed 750 and he said it was being updated and to this day a 1 bedroom is 750 on website wouldn't recommend leasing from them
DISGUSTING !!! Garbage everywhere Can’t get in touch with anyone The manager Chris is an arrogant jerk and so is his mother. Very unprofessional to the extreme
If this is what you're looking for, this is what you'll get. No maintenance person or apartment manager since I moved in, in 9/2022. Owner couldn't care less about the upkeep. These are just a few of the things that are wrong aside from homeless druggies taking over the garage and community center. Needles being left in and around building. Cars being broken into. Packages/mail being stolen. Security locks and cameras not being used. And yes!!! That is algae in our indoor pool 🤢🤮
Multiple units without working fridges for almost a year, pretty sure a homeless man lives in the garage, burst pipes, black mold, bathroom leaks that don't get fixed, the pool has bugs in it, and several people without working air or heat. The owner of the property does not care to fix any of it. The city should fine the owners.
