Best landlord hands down. If there is a problem they will send someone out within 24 hours to get the job done! Who ever comes out is nice and professional. If I move I'm looking for properties they own!

I had one issue with a subcontractor A/C guy not showing up, however the good far exceeded the bad... every other issue was resolved FAST and I hated to move when I got relocated for work! Hope to come back and rent from KP in the future! T
