I can't give zero star, or I would have. This place is a scam and borders on senior citizen harassment plain and simple. You don't own the land, you can't move the house if you decide to move your possession, they come around every month and leave notices for people (many that are not home or are elderly/sick) to resolve issues by X date, fine them and threaten legal action.
