Avoid Center City Housing at all costs. They try to evict people saying they raised their rent and didn’t pay. But they don’t send the notice raising the rent via certified mail…so they’re just making it up as they go. They don’t go to the renter and have them sign a new contract with the new rental adjustment. They take people to court for eviction based on their made up excuse of raising the rent and count on the renter not showing up to court. Center city housing sucks they just want ur money
Poor maintenance, none in two years. Residents trading pills and . When City inspection show just the maintained ones. Its ok if you stay to your self, paper thing walls so no noise, don't trust anyone including staff . Lot of drugs in neighborhood, good luck
