Been living here for over 2 years now. Nicest tenants and management. If anything wrong or breaks in your aptartment, it’s usually fixed by the end of the day. Nice gym on the first floor. Great views. Dog friendly.. Beach half a block away. I’m not leaving anytime soon!
Great place to stay! Has a very nice small gym as well. Very clean and sanitary.
Horrible upkeep. Water leaks are the norm. Sackman are simply slum lord's and care less about their tenants.
