Worst mattress I’ve ever had. Warranty is worthless. I’ve had Kingsdown inspect twice, both times inspector refused to sit or lay on it. As soon as you sit on it the sides collapse. Mattress was purchased February 2018 and now sits in the garage waiting for garbage day !!!
I have a 6 month old mattress with a sunken spot and was denied a claim due to buying it from a furniture company that was closing:(

I experienced a significant indentation in my mattress as well, where my left shoulder rests. Went to Sleepys and complained. They gave me the warranty number and I called. I did everything the warranty company required, stripped the bed, measured the indentation, showed proof of all tags and the response was the indentation is not significant enough for it to be a problem for us. This mattress is awful. I had it for a year and it started to sink on one side. Tried getting a copy of the receipt from Dillard's, but proved to be like getting something passed through Congress. It is now almost two years old and we just can't take it anymore. It should not be difficult to honor the warranty since the manufacture date is within the warranty period. Terrible!!!
I have the same problem others have mentioned. I am only a small medium build person, and my Kingsdown has sunk an inch where my hips rest. I have a sore back, too. I understand from their website that this is not enough of a dip to come under the warranty. Has anyone come up with another solution????
Kingsdown 'sleep system' is poor quality, with poor customer service. Mattress sagged within six months and watch out for the staples on the box springs!
