I have found out how this business seems to always be able to function with clear operating surpluses. I came home being short-changed 2 pills, and I know if I had waited until I "found out" at the end of the supposed '10-day' run to 8 days of medication, and Randi, the manager agreed that they likely would not have believed me if I had called at the end of the run. We just visited this place and the staff’s attitude was 10/10! Great atmosphere, friendly people, and all the other regular visitors seemed to be happy about their visit (a big green flag). Lasagna had his first visit with Dr. Melanie Felker. Dr. Felker was amazing! She listened to my concerns, and guided me to choose a treatment plan that would work best for Lasagna. I have never had a worse experience with a vet before. I went to pick up my cat from the kennel and they didn’t zip up her carrier. she ended up running out of the bag into the middle of the road during a -15 degree snow storm. I tried catching her but due to the thick ice I kept slipping and falling. Kingsdale has the most irresponsible and incompetent staff I have ever had the displeasure of working with. Do not take your animal here unless you want them dead in the middle of the road.
