I wouldn’t say they aren’t a good Vet, they are good at their job! However the reason they get 1 star is due to the feeling of a corporate culture and not much of a personal connection/relationship between owner, doctor and pets. Nothing about my visits is warm and welcoming or inviting. Only reason I am with this vet is cause they are close by and have a boarding kennel. I will be looking for other veterinary clinics that I feel would be a more personal experience.
While I was in today I noticed their awards for “Top 3 Best Vets” in Kitchener from 2022-2025, & I would agree. When I was in recently, I felt like their patients were their top priority with high levels of empathy & compassion given from the staff during the tougher visits at the vet.
Kingsdale is like a trusted family member. I've been a client at Kingsdale for more than 17 years. They're compassionate caring and trustworthy. Kingsdale is simply the best.
