Came here for an insurance auto claim, had a great experience. Their staff was friendly and communicative, updated me consistently and followed up frequently. They addressed all my concerns and even when. I noticed so additional issues afterwards they were courteous and fixed them without questioning. I would recommend this shop!
I have a yellow Honda Fit and was rear-ended resulting in many scrapes on the bumper and a noticeable dent on the hatch door. Kelly and his team at Kingscross restored my "girl" perfectly. The colour match is seamless and the work was done earlier than expected. A slight rattle I noticed turned out to be from missing bottom screws on my licence plate which were promptly replaced on the top and bottom. Knowledgeable, prompt and freindly service.
I can't say enough good things about florence, Kelly Dan and his service team!.. I've had two incidences with my 2020 Hyundai Elantra, and don't trust anyone else to do the auto body work on it.. I've had a very wonderful experience both times repairing my vehicle. They do fantastic work.It almost looks better than it did before♡ in 2023 I had extensive driver's side rear end damage. & and just a couple months ago in 2026 front end damage.. i posted photos of the damage & the repairs, i'm very happy with the results & highly... read more
