I have only had experience with the EMS so far, but had a very scary experience with a severe panic attack yesterday and they came to my aid quickly when I thought I was dying. I appreciated their calm demeanors and care they provided, while helping me to come out of the attack. Thank you so much for everything. You were a blessing and so very appreciated.

Very hard to get information and can't speak to a supervisor to save your life
Took a tour of the facilities with a church group and learned a lot. Appreciate very much their service.
We have not been to the Fire Department as a class this year due to the fact that the city of Kingsburg has changed their way of doing business and I could not reach the fire department. I was sent to the city hall and then there was no one available to take my call there either. It is a very poor way to do business as a Fire Department and a City as a whole. It is a sad day for the City of Kingsburg.
