This complex is a dump! It has plunged deep every day for years. Office staff never answering phone calls or returning messages or maintenance requests, emergency and non. I still have a gaping hole in my bathroom ceiling from a broken pipe and a tremendous amount of black mold on the walls and the ceiling of the bathroom. I recently called the office for housekeeping and they told me they were unable to respond because there is only one of them now and she is working on cleaning up units so they can try to rent them.
