My daughter and I had our first appointment with Dr. Walters and it was a great overall experience. We were greeted when we arrived and as we walked through the building the staff was speaking to us and smiling. Not one snooty person existed. We felt very welcomed. I was waiting in one of the rooms and a woman stopped in to check on me out the blue. That's customer service at its best. Thank you all so much. See you soon but not too soon.
The whole experience was fantastic! Dr. Walter and his entire staff were very thorough and very kind!
Dr Walters and staff did many test and spent 1 and a half hours with me. I was treated like a queen.
