We purchased a used van from VW a month and 5 days ago. We had newborn twins as well as four other kids which is why we needed the van. Today the van is in the shop having a tensioner pulley replaced. This was never Told to us at point of sale and if it would have broke the engine would be done for. We only took it to the shop because my friends spouse Heard it making a sound and said that it’s a serious piece that needs replaced. You should be more transparent about vehicle issues when you sell a car.
