My parents have lived here for over 15 years and last night my fathers car was towed at 1 in the morning, my father had work at 4am and was late due to his car not being parked where it was when there are MANY other cars without a parking ticket he has always parked it there for so many years and all of a sudden they decide to start towing cars.
