Dump truck driving down the highway and through town throwing rocks out of the back... he has a cover for it just not using it.
On 05/22/24 at roughly 3:30pm, I entered a part of hwy 150 east bound in Floyd county where it becomes 2 lanes. This particular area has a construction project going on to where construction vehicles exit the road project into the left most lane. One of the drivers for this company began entering into this left lane about 500ft ahead of me.
