I bought a 2025 $60.000 plus SUV from Toyota of Warren on August of 2025. I was told the second key needed to be located but they would provide a second key. After several months, I was told it could not be found and I would have to have one made at the cost of approximately $350. The salesman said that he did not say the car came with 2 keys and he said he did not say he would produce a second key. I say he did and what 2025 vehicle only comes with one key! Went in today to complete final paperwork on a Rav4.  Xavier said him and Carlos got the deal I needed if I would just do one thing for them.....scan the QR code and give them a 5star using their names.  I gladly did it in front of them as they had been a great help and held the car for me while I attended a funeral.  After about 20 minutes they came back and said the GM would not let them sell the car for that!  Lie straight to my face to get the 5 star rating.

Extremely Disappointed with Post-Sale Service I purchased a black 2023 Honda Sport from Lone Star Toyota of Lewisville, and unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. The vehicle was delivered without the plastic door protectors, without the second ignition key, and with a cracked windshield. I reported all of this on the day of delivery. We purchased a used car in August, 2025, at Clearwater Toyota to leave at our home till we return for the winter. (Snowbirds) We drove it seven miles. When we returned in October, it would not start. It has been in and out of a reputable auto repair shop in Dunedin to the tune of $3500 so far.  Disappointing to purchase from a reputable dealership. Tough lesson to learn.

I bought my 2025 Tacoma Limited from a toyota broker. The truck was at Del Toyota. The broker worked a great deal. So good that I flew from SC and drove it back. My salesman at Del was Antonnio Fernandez, he was professional and honest. He made the transaction easy and pleasant. I was only in the dealer for an hour and on the road back to SC in a new Tacoma. Well done Antonnio!

Worst Customer Service! Called the Dealership about 4 times on Monday 10/13/25 from 7AM-Noon about my dead battery. This was a Toyota manufacturers battery with a 84 month warranty . Was a replacement of original battery about 2.5years ago. No one ever called me back so I just went to AutoZone and had it replaced as my car was dead and you guys were no help whatsoever! Customer Service at this place is a 0 out of 4 stars. Tom Goudreau

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an amazing experience at Nashville Toyota North! The team was professional, friendly, and made the whole process easy from start to finish. Ronnie Policari really took the time to listen to what I wanted and helped me get into my new car in no time!  No pressure, just great service. Highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle!
