On 6/18/25 I tried 2 times to order from partstoyota.com because it is discounted Toyota parts and then you pick the parts up at your local participating dealer. Kings is supposed to be one, but the site was having issues and told me to go to the dealer. I went to Kings and the guy behind the counter said he cannot honor that price. I said OK but your website said the battery is 10% off and he said that I had to buy it online. I left with nothing and went back home and looked at their site and it says at counter only. Went in to get a replacement windshield wiper. Josh was super friendly and made sure I got exactly what I needed. He also helped install the new wiper. Great experience.
I've had to order online from so many parts shops across the county. Five stars because these guys actually answer their emails and phone calls. Packaging is shockingly fast and thorough. You won't have to worry about any of the shipping companies damaging your parts. Communication second to none... Will always use these guys before trying others now.
