I have also lived in the neighborhood for over 10 years. There has been a drastic decline in safety lately, and the past year has been the worst ever. It used to be such a peaceful place to live, now the crime here is very unsettling. I wish the company knew what a gem this place used to be and would actually get it back to its original feel.
Ive lived here for almost 18 years. I grew up in this neighborhood, so I pretty much know everything there is to know about it. The neighborhood used to be good, but since it was sold to another company its no longer the safe place I used to love. Too many incidents have occurred here and have caused the police to drive around here every night. I would not recommend anyone to move here.
