We signed a contract with King’s Roofing for a roof coating system that was sold with a 20-year warranty along with annual inspections and service. We paid $15,000 to King's Roofing in August of 2023 to put on a silcone membrane overlay on our commercial building in Milford. As apart of the deal, they issued a 20 year warranty on their work. This year, we have now reached out four times over a period of two months to do an inspection as it relates to the warranty. As of writing this, we have received zero response back and are very disappointed, especially because they hold such a high rating on Google. We have flat roof with many sections, several awnings and a parapet. The roof is approximately 8k sqr ft. Every single room had at least 1 leak coming in from the roof and Kings Roofing fixed every single one of them. Even after our warranty runs out, I’ll be calling them to come and do annual maintenance. They have done an excellent job.
Tony and his guys are great. They did a nice job on the roof at a fair price. When we had a tree fall on it they came the next morning and made it good as new in a few hours. Highly recommended!
Tony does what he says and is great at keeping things smooth during the process. He is fair with his prices and timeline. Jackson kept the site clean and running smoothly as this was a commercial space with 2 businesses operating the whole time. Any issues that came up were handled quickly and effectively.
