Some years ago after the year of COVID house arrests, I lost my home when my landlords sold. I was in Denver with my two cats in a heat wave and got a referral to Brian and Sarah at the Kings Rest. They accepted my application which was a blessing for me and Kitty cats. It's right off Colfax which was not a normal situation or one I would choose. I lived there for a year and some. This place is a joke don't stay there
The Kings Rest apartments have been around for quite some time now. The history and location have led to one of the longest standing buildings around. Located on the the 40 West arts district, it has everything you need close by. During the fair weather months, there are events and fairs in close proximity to take the family to, as well as parks, the epic Belmar shopping area, malls and so much more. And just a 20 minute drive to the mountains. Come check it out!
