I was extremely impressed with the woman who work and own this realtor company. They truly are amazing people. I am a single mom who 2 months into my lease lost my job, they were so understanding and worked with me. If I had any issues, they made sure they were corrected immediately, whether my rent was late or not. I absolutely recommend them to everyone. Thank you for everything you guys did for me and my girls.
Terrible renting experience! Would not recommend! I lived in the property for 5 years and consistently reported maintenance issues that were never addressed, this includes severe flooding septic system that damaged not only my belongings but the flooring in the house. Nothing was ever updated or repaired. My review reflects my experience, and it’s unfortunate but not surprising that others have reported similar issues. I stand by my review!
Horrible people & yes I’m entitled to say how I feel I read all the reviews on how people express themselves on how unprofessional you are to them. You don’t care about others situation especially that young mother with her daughter that you decided to randomly kick out in a middle of a holiday you should be ashamed of yourself negative star alll the way not a good place at all do not rent do not buy do not do anything with king realty more like lying reality.
