Ran down fire hazard
Pro: It’s in a beautiful and historic mansion Cons: Maintenance is slow. Moved in at the end of May and was told the previous tenant had taken the wiring out of the light fixtures and that it would be fixed. By the time I moved out in mid-September the repairs had yet to be done or even started. This made areas of the apartment that I couldn’t put my own lights in (no outlets within reach) extremely dark.
