First and foremost, I ONLY leave reviews if my experience was completely unacceptable! I’m forced to leave 1 star…let’s start there! I thought the negative reviews were a joke but they aren’t. I’m a very understanding person but communication is key. This company has terrible customer service if any and there is absolutely no communication. I literally had to show up unannounced 3 times (within 2weeks) just to get an update on repairs.

Brought my (salvage title) car here for frame damage repair. Every aspect of my experience was negative. There was 0 communication after weeks of them having my car for a 3-4 day repair. Only when I came to pick up the car to take it somewhere else did they finally start repairs on the car and when the inspector took a look he said “they barely did anything to the car.” After finally picking the car up once repairs were completed the car was filthy. I have been a longtime customer at kings and used them on 2 occasions once for an accident and another for a keyed vehicle. And both times they did a fantastic job with the paint, dent repair and made my car look nearly flawless. The scheduler, Rose gives terrific customer service since she’s always quick to schedule me in despite short notice and is very transparent and fair with the pricing.
