I just walked out of King’s Nail Salon. It was somehow hotter inside than outside… and it’s 90° today. They had fans blowing hot air around the room but the AC wasn’t even on until I asked if they could turn it on. Not exactly the relaxing spa experience I was expecting. But the real showstopper? My technician was on her phone and, instead of grabbing the proper tool to remove my gel polish, started using her own fingernails to scrape the polish off my nails. I really love this place! The service is always really nice when I go and they’re even willing to stay overtime to make sure all is done.
Horrible i paid to get my lashes done by Anne she put massive amount of hours on one eyr. When I complain she acted like she was able to correct it when she wasn't she blamed me said I showed hera different spot to fixed then called the police on me but I had paid upfront for my service. I'm a black female so I called the police as well to explain the issues but never will I come back to the shop.
Fantastic, fabulous service! My feet look perfect, calous remival was great, my nails are beautiful. The color looks great. Customer service is gentle and professional and friendly. I will be back here, thank you so much!
