Stayed overnight on route to Jasper, room was clean and comfy. There was noise from the highway and rumbles from the train but these couldn’t be stopped and just meant ear plugs were needed. Good location with plenty of places to grab food at nearby also
Bad customer service. Bad management Bad housekeepers. Bad steps in dealing with BED BUGS Multiple people have gotten bit and they seem to not care what so ever They try to charge people for the stupidest things. They tried to kick me off the property for absolutely nothing. ** update. They took my damage deposit and feduse to give it back. They keep trying to come up with excuses to not.

We chose this motel among others just because of the swimming pool. But the swimming pool is a totally separate building without any change rooms or even washroom. The smell was terrible. The room was ok but because of the motel location it was very loud from the road so we could not sleep. The guy from the custom service was very kind , nice and polite. Tried to help us with all the issues in the room.
If I could go 0 stars I would. We were supposed to stay there from Thursday-Monday. Had to check out late friday night, as rooms were gross, the bed fell apart, toilet stopped working (and didnt have a replacement room and just said dont poop in it), then we were in our room (the overhang above the lobby) and it got hit by a Uhaul and damaged the side of the building.
