My go to spot when I have to work In kamloops. Clean rooms bedding and bathroom. Friendly staff. Great price
The room was disgusting and the staff is miserable. Stains all over the sheets/blanket/floor, mold begging to grow under the leaky shower head and their was human hair everywhere (especially the bed).
The location was convenient for us as we wanted to be on the edge of town to the East. There is food and shops around but it's not near a mall or downtown by any means. The hotel is near a train track so if your a light sleeper this might not be ideal. Our first room given had musty carpet and dog pee smell. The second had very poor mattress which was the only bed I have ever slept on in a hotel that hurt to sleep on. It was heavily worn and needs replacement. Room was very smelly and dated. Electrical plugs were falling out of the wall. Bed was clean but carpet was dirty. Tub had cigarette burns on it but room was non smoking. A very high price for this motel.
They up graded my room with out me asking
