I can't even believe it. I was was having a great night's sleep. Everything was great until about 4AM when someone started talking & microwaving food in what sounded DIRECTLY IN MY ROOM! Upon checking in, everything with the room seems normal EXCEPT a locked, inaccessible door that I had no idea was there for. Someone apparently started making food at 4AM waking me up from a dead sleep. They sounded practically IN MY ROOM with the noise. Clean rooms and blankets. Beds could be updated as well as the coffee maker. It did have a little kitchen which was a nice surprise

Stayed overnight on route to Jasper, room was clean and comfy. There was noise from the highway and rumbles from the train but these couldn’t be stopped and just meant ear plugs were needed. Good location with plenty of places to grab food at nearby also

Bad customer service. Bad management Bad housekeepers. Bad steps in dealing with BED BUGS Multiple people have gotten bit and they seem to not care what so ever They try to charge people for the stupidest things. They tried to kick me off the property for absolutely nothing. ** update. They took my damage deposit and feduse to give it back. They keep trying to come up with excuses to not.
