Lady was pushy saying money isn’t everything and saying she would give us a “special rate”. Should have booked online through a third party, got ripped off. Go elsewhere

We are travelling in a van from Squamish to Canmore and with limited budget we just wanted a nice clean place to clean and have a good night sleep. And we found it here at Kings motor in Kamloops. The reception was super great, so welcoming and efficient. While the room may be old, and everything that we needed and more. We brought our own food and microwaved it in the room and had a simple dinner. We stayed here one night to go to Sagebrush Theatre. We tried to check in a little earlier, the girl told us that our room wasn't ready, come back at 4 or I can call you which never happened. Check in was easy and fast. But when we walked into the room the smell from the air conditioner was awful...we had to turn it off and open the window to get the smell to go away.
